Shipping policy

At Syko, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and sustainably. Every order is hand-packed on Vancouver Island with care before it heads out to you.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • We’ll email you a confirmation once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

  • We ship via Canada Post.

  • Standard shipping times are typically 2–9 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping is $4.99 CAD

Packaging

  • We use minimal packaging wherever possible.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • Once an order is shipped, delivery times are out of our control.

  • Canada Post delays can happen, especially during holidays or extreme weather.

  • If your order is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us at wazzup@sykosurf.ca with your order number so we can help investigate.

❗ Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • We’re not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
